If you booked a hotel through us in combination with your flight and you want to cancel, you should contact us as soon as possible. In some cases, the hotel's rules will permit a refund. We will cancel your hotel room and refund the hotel cost minus our processing fee. This will be in addition to any fees charged by the hotel for cancellation.
If you have not booked your flight and hotel through us but only your hotel via our website, you should contact the hotel provider directly.
